I purchased the OpenSource Ajax Recommend module today and love it. We want to use it on a number of individual pages for our website and were hoping there was a way to have the link refer to the page it was sent from.

So how it currently works, we have it on a page at www.beta2.1800hairextensions.com/mary-dixon, but when someone sends a referral from that page the email says:

"Hello!

John <myemail@yahoo.com> invites you to visit beta2.1800hairextensions.com".

Is it possible to have it link to the referring page, so it says:

"Hello!

John <myemail@yahoo.com> invites you to visit beta2.1800hairextensions.com/mary-dixon".

Did you enable the "Show Last Page" in the module parameters?
Will that work for you?

Hi Douglas,

I did, but unfortunately it won't work for us. It is too far down on the email and we're afraid the first link people would click on is the site home page. We need to be able to have people click on the specific page.

Is this possible?

I've released a new version, you just have to follow the download instructions on the Purchase & Download section of this site to download a new version;

the version I find int the download-section is 1.5.6.2 from 03 February.
My emailed version is also 1.5.6.2 with exacly the same file name from 08 February.

However, I downloaded and installed the version from your site, but without any changes.
Can you give me a hint?

I installed the new version, but it now always shows a "wrong validation code" message ... no matter if the security question is enabled or not.
