Hi, I am also having this problem. My template is Rocketheme's Reaction with all modules/plugins installed except Rokbox.
Would you mind posting any resolution you may find.

For everyone using RocketTheme and Gantry framework,
I found out what it is causing this issue;
RT templates have a lot of features and one of them is to style the first word of titles; You can either disable the Build Titles Spans under the Advanced parameters group, or you can disable for the MooFAQ menu item only;
If you have any other question, please do not hesitate to ask.

Yeah once I disabled this option in the template manager, MooFaq's works great now. Thanks Douglas for all your hard work!
